Dalip Sehgal joined Nexus Malls as the Chief Executive Officer in February 2018. He began his career with the Tata Group in 1980 and joined Unilever in 1982. He spent the next 25 years at the multinational company, where he was responsible for sales and marketing across business verticals. Dalip was made an Executive Director on the board of HLL looking after new businesses like PureIt water purifiers, Shakti Rural Distribution through women SHGs and Ayush ayurvedic products and services. In 2008, he joined Godrej Hershey as Managing Director and CEO. A year later, he moved within the Godrej group — as Managing Director of Godrej Consumer Products. In 2011, Dalip took over as Managing Director of the Graviss Group.
Dalip has been and continues to be on the board of several companies, including House of Anita Dongre, Safari Industries (India), SH Kelkar & Co., Graviss Hotels & Resorts, and Ice Hospitality. He has also invested in and mentored startups across industries. In the past, he has been the Chairman of the Media Committee of India Society of Advertisers; Member – Joint Industry Body (JIB) for TV advertising measurement; Member – Rural Committee of ASSOCHAM; Director – Access Development Services, Care India; and member – FMCG Committee, FICCI.

Mukesh Kumar has almost three decades of rich experience across Retail and Hospitality business. As Chief Executive Officer of K Raheja Realty Group owned Infiniti Mall, he is leading both the malls into an admirable retail model. He is responsible for overseeing the entire Operation, Leasing and Marketing of Infiniti Mall, Andheri with a built-up area of 2,75,000 sq ft and Infiniti Mall, Malad having built up area of 1.20 million sq ft. He began his journey in Retail with the launch of Infiniti Mall, Malad in 2011. Mukesh Kumar brings an extensive background of the end to end project coordination, pre-opening, leasing, fit-out and launch of the mall business.
Before Infiniti Mall, he was mentoring Ramada Plaza Palm Grove, a five-star business hotel as Vice President. He has worked with various prestigious Hospitality companies at numerous locations managing Operations, Sales & Marketing, Pre-Opening team and Projects. His stint at American Embassy as General Manager for their Recreation, F&B and Commissary division
Rashmi Sen, CEO – Malls, The Phoenix Mills Ltd
During her tenure of over 14 years at Phoenix, Rashmi has contributed immensely to the mall business strategy and expansion across the country. Her leadership has played a pivotal role in elevating the shopping centers of The Phoenix Mills Ltd. to world-class standards, building long-standing relationships with national and global brands, and delivering exceptional operational excellence. Today, The Phoenix Mills Ltd. is India’s largest retail mall owner and operator, with an operational, revenue-generating portfolio of 11 million sq. ft., set to grow to 14 million sq. ft. by 2027.
Rashmi is a stalwart in the real estate industry, having spent over 26 years in the field and has held various positions across J. Walter Thompson Worldwide, Mahindra Gesco & Alpha Corp. She led the launch of the Alpha One Centres prior to joining Phoenix Mills Ltd.
Her ability to develop and lead high-performing teams, combined with her strong leadership, results-oriented mindset, and relationship-driven approach, has been key to the success of the malls. She has been at the forefront of delivering some of our most ambitious projects, significantly increasing the retail footprint, including the recent opening of several of Phoenix’s extraordinary new malls.

A postgraduate in International Management, S Raghunandhan (popularly known as Raghu) brings over three decades of experience in building brands and businesses for Indian and International companies.
Raghu successfully built DHL India into a dominant market leadership position over a decade, and successfully managed the transition from Indian ownership to Deutsche Post International. He has been part of leadership in pioneering retail ventures like Foodworld, Hypercity Retail, and has also launched Western Union Money Transfer Services in the country.
Raghu was responsible for the JV between the Prestige Group and CapitaLand, Singapore for developing shopping centres, and built the Forum brand of malls in Southern India.
Following a brief stint with Virtuous Retail, Raghu joined Bhartiya Urban to spearhead the retail real estate business
An alumni of IIM Kashipur and graduate from Mumbai University, Shibu Philips brings with him over 25 years of experience launching international quick service restaurants and state of the art shopping malls. He is one of the pioneers who transformed the retail arena of the country, with a glittering track record that dates back to the year 2000. One of the main driving forces behind the launch of three of India’s best Shopping Malls, Inorbit Malad Mumbai, Oberoi Mall Mumbai and Lulu Mall Kerala, he is a Level 3 certified Shopping centre Manager from International council of shopping centres – ICSC (USA), receiving professional recognition of the body twice during Maxi 2007 and 2014.
In 2010, he joined Lulu Group to play a key role in the visionary project headed by the CMD of the group, to bring international shopping experiences to Kerala for the first time. Needless to the say, the dream was realised in record time, and Shibu Philips was part of the team that gave life to that vision. As Business Head of Lulu Mall, Kochi, the mall made waves in a market with no prior exposure to international shopping malls, marching ahead by setting one milestone after another. From there, he played a key role in Lulu Mall’s extensive expansion plans to markets like Lucknow, Bangalore, Trivandrum, Thrissur and other cities in India.
Today, he is the Director – Shopping Malls for Lulu Group India. With Lulu Group’s aggressive expansion plan across the country, Shibu Philips will be in charge of launching and running over 12 additional malls in the next 3 years.
Real commitment never goes unrecognized, and recognitions came looking for him, wherever he rendered his service. Being adjudged one of the “Most Influential Shopping Centre Professional” in India is just one feather in his cap.
Pramod Ranjan Dwivedi is the President – Realty Division of Ambuja Neotia. He started his professional career with Ambuja Cement in the year 1997 as a Management Trainee.
He is Senior Executive MBA from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and also holds a degree in Executive MBA from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. Post completion of his BSc from Patna University, he completed his MBA from Centre for Management Development, Modinagar. He has also completed Logistics Management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Najeeb, a graduate from Mumbai University with a business program from the University of Michigan and IIM-A, has over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector with specialisation in large retail centric assets.
Over the years, Najeeb has been actively involved in closure of multiple transactions in the property segment. He has in-depth knowledge on the local markets, demographics and an extensive network with leading developers, land owners, national retailers and financial institutions.
Over the last decade, he has developed expertise in managing large properties. He has a proven track record in optimising revenue and increasing valuation of large retail centric assets.
In the current portfolio in PPZ as CEO the latest specific key points in achievements are he manages 8 operational malls, additional 13 malls under different stages of development, pegged to be operational between the next 1-3 years
He has operations over 13 cities, where at all these places they collect live data to understand the marketing from all these cities for informed decision making
The key attributes in the last few years have been in turning around malls from debt driven status to successfully operational malls like – Vega City in Bangalore and Marina Mall in Chennai. Primarily restructuring debt deals to operationally making malls financially successful

Rajneesh Mahajan is the CEO of Inorbit malls, one of the premier mall chains in the country.
Awarded the prestigious ‘Most Admired Shopping Center Professional- West’ award in 2016, Mr. Mahajan joined Inorbit malls as Vice President leasing in the year 2009. During his 10-year stint with the organization, Mr. Mahajan has ascended from Vice President to COO to Executive Director to his current role as CEO.
Throughout his tenure at Inorbit, Mr. Mahajan has played a key role in planning and implementing strategies and his valuable contribution is reflected in the organization’s ongoing mission of creating an enhanced customer experience. In addition to this, he has been a speaker at some of the most prestigious national & International retail forums.
Prior to joining Inorbit, Mr. Mahajan has worked with Barista Coffee Company and Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. Mahajan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Punjab University, an MBA, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and Finance from the ICFAI Business School.
