Mr. P. Jayakumar is a result oriented professional with 25 years of rich experience in Pharmacy Retail. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration –Operations and is a Pharmacy Graduate. He heads Apollo Pharmacy – India’s largest Pharmacy Retail Chain business which is contributing 50% of the Organised Pharma Retail market share in India having 21000+ workforce.

He has assisted Apollo pharmacy Retail in marking its presence in 21 States and 500 Cities. Contributed in framing strategies on Rolling out in top 100 developing cities in the country. He has formulated strategies in reaching out to the unexplored market segments / customer groups for business expansion. Mckinsey, Technopak, ATkerney for business transformation. He was honored with “The Apollo Outstanding Leader of the year Award” in 2012.

Mr. Ramakrishnan started his career in the pharma industry as a medical representative for USV Ltd., in 1985.Thereafter he joined SOL Pharmaceuticals.
In 1990 he joined Cureil Pharma, a pharma distribution firm, as the Managing Partner. He founded Thulasi Pharmacies P.Ltd., in 2001 alongwith Mr.P.Radhakrishnan who is his partner in Cureil Pharma.
He was the Secretary, Coimbatore District Pharma Wholesalers Association from 2003 to 2007 and is the Zonal Secretary, Tamil Nadu Pharma Distributors Association.
He became the Managing Director of Thulasi Pharmacies in 2004 and continues to steer the company till date. The turnover of the group is around 175 crores.
Dr. Alok Roy serves as Chairman and Managing Director of Medica Synergie Pvt Ltd. and Medicare Synergie Pvt. Ltd. He is also Vice President of Centre for Community Initiatives of Fortis Healthcare Limited. He has 17 years of clinical and administrative experience in the healthcare sector. He is also the Chairman of The Board at Medica Superspecialty Hospital Pvt. Ltd. Dr. Roy received his MD from AIIMS and DRM from TMH, Bombay.
