Venugopal G. Nair (Venu Nair)

With over 30 years of retail industry experience, Venu Nair provides strategic guidance and operational support to senior management and the board of directors. Passionate about growing international and Indian retail brands, he delivers value to customers, shareholders, and employees. Venu joined Myntra Fashion in February 2024 to drive Strategic Partnerships and its Omnichannel Program.

Previously, Venu served as MD and CEO of Shoppers Stop, leading the company’s transformation and expansion across various fashion and beauty formats. He held senior leadership roles at Westside, Tata Trent, and Marks and Spencer, demonstrating expertise in P&L management, business development, planning, and operations management.

Venu earned an MBA in Marketing from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research and is fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. He also holds a Bachelor of Technology (Hon) degree from NIT, Calicut.

Sanjay is widely recognized as a marketplace ‘guru’ and a product visionary with expertise in building complex ecosystems for ecommerce. As Co-founder of ShopClues, he is committed to delivering a truly enjoyable shopping experience for customers on this state-of-the-art online platform. Sanjay has enjoyed a successful career of over 20 years in Internet product development, including ecommerce marketplaces, online payments, operations and trade logistics.

Prior to assuming the company’s leadership, Sanjay was Vice President – Products and was responsible for providing the products and processes needed to create and run an efficient marketplace at ShopClues.com.

In his previous assignment, Sanjay has been the Global Product Head for Shipping & Logistics, Payments & Billing for eBay, at its headquarter in the Silicon Valley. He is a graduate in technology from Indian Institute of Technology (Delhi) and Banaras Hindu University.

 

NITIN CHHABRA

Nitin ventured in the retail industry in 2000 and since then has been accredited with launching and managing domestic & International brands. He was the CEO of Brooks Bros, Thomas Pink & Iconix Brands.
He was responsible for forming Joint Ventures and alliances during his stint at Reliance Brands. He has held various leadership roles in Reid & Taylor, VF Corp, Arvind Brands.

 

K RADHAKRISHNAN

“Radha” as he is popularly known, has been a corporate citizen for 34 years, with an impressive track record, in a variety of industries. Radha was ranked among the top in his graduation and Post Graduation in Economics, Econometrics and Statistics.
Work Profile : a Career in Food Retailing, FMCG, and Distribution and Logistics & Retail Ecommerce Start Up, Management Consulting.

2014 to Date, Radha is now the Co-Founder of www.Grocermax.com and online grocery store, based in Gurgaon , moving to become a pan India player. Grocermax is now pan NCR.
His previous roles were as the President in Future Group looking after the Fruits and Vegetables Business as well as the formats of KBFP and Big Apple.
He was also the CEO of the Reliance Retail business from 2006 to 2010.
Earlier in 1998 to 2006- he was VP at Spencer’s Retail. Decades of experience in start up industries.
He also had a long stint in manufacturing in Indo Nissin Foods a Unilever company at that time and launched Top Ramen and CupNoodles, two Japanese noodles brands.
He has worked a wide range of other industries – aquaculture, seafood exports, and Tea tasting.
Radha is a trustee of Sankalp a School for Autistic and Learning Challenged children.
