Joined as a Graduate Trainee and today am serving as a National Sales Head for the Goldplus Brand. I was instrumental in achieving the ISO 9001 certification for the Jewellery Division. Have the pride of Introducing Vendor Selection Process, Retail Channel partner Selection Process, Vendor Rating Process for the Jewellery Division. Have been part of various Cross Functional Teams time to time in driving improvements. Identifed as one of the Lean Champions to drive Change Management in Jewellery Manufacturing.
In current capacity as National Sales Head for a mass market brand, Goldplus, leading an energetic retail and retail operations team responsible for the top-line growth for the brand, channel partner growth, customer loyalty and customer experience management. Introduced an exclusive Cutomer experience program named as ANUBHAV across the Goldplus Chain. Also, was instrumental in bringing profitable category sale in a large way for the brand which is very unusal in the market place.
Was awarded as one of the Top-25 Rural Marketing Professionals in India by the CMO Asia in 2014.
