Retail & Shopping Centre Certification Auditing

The TRUSTED Certified Auditor Programme is designed for Certification Body auditors, technical personnel and experienced professionals seeking competence in auditing customer-centric Retail and Shopping Centre Standards under the IRF Trusted Mark Certification Scheme.

The Programme combines retail sector knowledge with practical auditing skills, enabling participants to plan, conduct and report impartial, consistent and evidence-based certification audits.

The Programme places particular emphasis on practical audit judgement through realistic situations and case studies rather than relying solely on theoretical learning.


Eligibility

Certification Body auditors, technical personnel and professionals meeting the prescribed education, professional experience and sector competence requirements may apply.

Applications are reviewed by the IRF Trusted Mark Secretariat before admission.


Certification

Successful candidates are awarded the:

TRUSTED CERTIFIED AUDITOR

Successful completion of the Programme demonstrates completion of the prescribed Scheme-specific learning and assessment requirements.

Qualification, authorisation and empanelment as a Certification Body Auditor remain the responsibility of the respective Certification Body in accordance with its competence evaluation procedures and the applicable Scheme requirements.
