Ramaprasad S, 46 years of age, is the Vice President – Group Legal & Company Secretary of Lifestyle International Pvt. Ltd., a part of USD 5 Billion, Dubai based Landmark Group. He is responsible for Legal & Secretarial matters of all the Landmark group businesses in India that include, Lifestyle, Max, Hyper markets, Home centre, Gloria Jeans Coffee, Funcity etc.

Ramaprasad has over 18 years of corporate experience and has worked in senior positions with large multinational manufacturing companies including the UB Group, Kennametal India, to a name a few.

His academic accomplishments include, Diploma in Civil engineering, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Laws, Associate member of the Insurance Institute of India, Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators, London, Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
