SANDIP KUTE

A law graduate from Symbiosis Law College, Pune, and with a LLM degree from Pune University, Mr. Sandip Kute has practiced in the Pune District Court and Bombay High Court till 2007. His areas of practice were criminal, labour laws, property matters, IPR etc.

Has worked in MIRC Electronics Ltd. (Onida) and thereafter in PJL Clothing Pvt. Ltd. (Pepe Jeans, London). Currently working as Head – Legal & Secretarial since October 2010 with Bestseller Retail India Pvt. Ltd. (Jack & Jones, Vera Moda & Only)and handles the entire litigation and non litigation & secretarial matters for Bestseller India group companies.
