Sib S Shaw
Sib Sagar Shaw is a seasoned facility management expert with over 14 years of experience in office management, facility management, vendor management, operations, and compliances across diverse industries. As a decorated veteran of the Indian Air Force, where he served for 20 years, Sib brings valuable expertise in multi-tasking, security, intelligence, and air operations.
His military background has instilled in him strong leadership skills, a process-oriented approach, and a customer-centric mindset. Sib is an empathetic and focused leader who guides and motivates his team towards customer-centricity and service orientation approach for his stakeholders.
Sib holds a PGDBA (HR) from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune, and is a Certified ITIL Practitioner. He has also completed a Diploma in Finance Management from AIIMAS, Chennai, and a Safety Management course from Jadavpur University, Kolkata.
Throughout his career, Sib has successfully led multi-disciplinary teams in various industries, including telecom, construction, education, mall & retail operations, and chemical manufacturing. He has designed and implemented the National Disaster Management system with INCP, MoD Delhi, and has been part of the first bilateral exercise between IAF and RAFO (Oman – Muscat).
Currently, as General Manager – Facility at Merlin Group, Sib oversees facility management for malls and commercial establishments, leveraging his expertise to deliver exceptional results and drive customer satisfaction. He is a member of iNFHRA and CE Worldwide, and is recognized in the field of facility management and administration.
