For Fun Zone:
1. Permission is required to be obtained from the Collector for running play zone2. Separate licence is required for the machines operated in the Fun Zones3. Further NOC from Electricity inspector and Fire Officer is required
The feedback comments on Trusted Restaurant Criteria documents were submitted on 13th July 2016.The comments submitted were also followed by later date telephonic discussion.
Draft criteria for retails brands retailing food and beverages services through brick &Mortar Outlets is very good. We should also include monitoring of Minimum 12 points related to food safety on each outlet.This will full fill significant requirement of Food safety.

We at KFC believe in Customer Mania and to enhance customer experience we guarantee taste and replace food if customer is not happy. We are glad to see the bench marking in different areas from regulatory compliance to systems & customer practices is incorporated appropriately in the Trusted Certification Scheme. We wish success to IRF on the launch of Trusted Mark.
Our team worked closely in developing the Trusted Certification Scheme & look forward to see faster adoption of Trusted Mark in Indian QSR segment.
